Matt Napier is a Live sound engineer with 25 years experience of making sure artists are confident and happy on stage. Currently looking after monitors for Muse, previously he was the long term monitor engineer for Madonna, (2005-2019). He has also mixed audio on tour for Roger Waters, Michael Buble, Kylie Minogue and The Spice Girls. Audio that Matt has recorded has been used on several DVD and TV Broadcasts. He has been involved in events ranging from the Millennium NYE in Greenwich to the Super Bowl. He has worked with artists on most major TV broadcasts such as the Grammys, Brits, Eurovision and MTV awards. He has extensive contacts with production vendors throughout the UK and Globally.

As a company we were involved with every Madonna performance and tour from 2006 - 2019, designing and operating the monitor, stage audio and RF systems. Performing shows all over the globe from small capacity clubs, to the worlds largest football stadiums. As part of the album promotional tours we have done every type of TV Awards show, from the Billboards and Grammys,  to the ground breaking Superbowl 2012 performance.

For all these events we have been involved in the audio design from the earliest stages to operating the stage audio console and delivering the final product.

In 2011 we were involved in the ground breaking Kylie Minogue "Aphrodite" Tour, delivering seamless audio to the artist and stage performers despite the stage show involving massive amounts of water in a huge theatrical production
